Mr. Proulx is a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in defining, leading, and growing market space opportunities across both large and small organizations. With more then 20 years of experience holding senior executive and managerial positions within the oil and gas industry, Mr. Proulx’s expertise spans the areas of engineering, operations, business development, team leadership, as well as integrations and transformations. Most recently Mr. Proulx served as Chief Operating Officer of Edge OFS Holding, LLC, a completions-focused oilfield services portfolio, where he successfully optimized operational efficiencies through integrating services lines and driving innovation, while tactfully navigating the portfolio through the worst economical downturn in oil and gas history. Prior to joining Edge, Mr. Proulx held the position of Vice President, Coiled Tubing Services USL for Schlumberger Ltd. where he led the strategic integration, optimization, and expansion of Xtreme Coil Services. Prior to the integration, Mr. Proulx served as Sr. Vice President, Xtreme Drilling & Coil Services, Global, where he proved to be essential to all aspects of the business including sales, engineering, and operations, as well as playing a vital role in the strategic sale of the Xtreme coiled tubing division to Schlumberger. Prior to Xtreme, Mr. Proulx spent 10.5yrs with Schlumberger where he held numerous leadership roles inclusive of operational, technical, and management across 5 countries. Mr. Proulx holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Florida State University.
