As Director of Finance & Corporate Secretary, she provides leadership on corporate governance, financial controls, and regulatory compliance across the U.S. and Canada. At Xtreme Drilling, she led corporate governance initiatives, coordinated board meetings, prepared corporate resolutions, managed the company’s equity plan, and implemented controls and reporting systems while overseeing accounting and HR functions in Canada and Saudi Arabia.
